Product photos on this website should be used solely as a guide to what a product will resemble, not as an exact representation. Minute differences should be expected in each product’s groove depth and track placement. Minor deviations are inherent to Vinylize’s handcrafted manufacturing process. Fortunately, Vinylize’s one-by-one product construction guarantees individual attention to detail and quality assurance in every pair of eyewear to leave the workshop.
We offer a 14 day return policy counting from the day that you received frame to your address. You do not need to state a reason for return within this time period and you will be given a full refund of the frames if the glasses are in the same condition as when you received them.

Vinylize warrants products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. Vinylize reserves the right to determine manufacturing defects. If a product is deemed defective, Vinylize will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
