Throughout the 20th century, the record player and the discs it spun signified more than just a machine and its components. These were permanent fixtures in family homes, a catalyst for teenage rebellion, a centrepiece for creative expression, and, eventually, a symbol of identity.

The poster is based on the Snellen eye chart developed in 1862 and named after the Dutch ophthalmologist Herman Snellen.

The unique poster designed by the Vinylize team will be distributed to select USA record stores in time for the 10th year anniversary event. The poster features elements from both the optical and vinyl industry.
