By controlling heat and pressure, vinyl is formed to create the Sound Saucer. This unique enclosure is paired with an audiophile speaker and bluetooth amplifier. They are ready to fill any room with sound. The Sound Saucer is the first and only sound system made from recycled materials, vinyl no less.

The first model we made is the one we listen to the most.

Even though the #2 is the smallest, it got the best marks for sound reproduction.

Four air ports on the back optimize sound. Rubber feet ground the Sound Saucer, minimizing vibrations and ensuring that any surface it is put onto is not damaged.

Four acoustically positioned 90mm x 15mm flanged aluminum tubes deliver air directly to the speakers.

A solid aluminium volume knob can also be pushed to control the speakers functions.

Wool is used inside all Sound Saucer speakers as a damping material to control internal sound waves. Its fibrous nature absorbs and dissipates sound energy, preventing unwanted internal reflections and resonances. By damping these internal reflections, wool improves the clarity, accuracy, and depth of the sound produced.

The four bass ports allow air to move in and out of the speaker cabinet as the woofer operates. This design is known as a bass reflex system, and it's one of the most effective ways to extend low-end response in compact enclosures. When the woofer pushes forward, air exits the port.
