Vinylize Warranty

Vinylize glasses and sunglasses are warranted to the original purchaser for two full years from the date of purchase against any defect in materials and workmanship when purchased from an authorized Vinylize reseller. This warranty is void if original lenses or frames are altered. Vinylize will repair or replace, at our option, any pair of Vinylize glasses or sunglasses found to be defective—exclusive of damage caused by improper or unreasonable use. This warranty does not apply to normal wear, including lens scratching or accidental breakage. This warranty does not cover shipping cost.


How to initiate a return if you are a retailer

Our priority is your satisfaction and the satisfaction of the end customer. Follow the instructions below when a customer submits a frame to you. Please keep in mind that Vinylize will make a fair decision when determining whether the damage is a result of a manufacturing defect or improper or unreasonable use.

1. Immediately inform Vinylize via email of the situation at info@vinylize.com.

2. Include as much information as possible:
a. When was the frame purchased.
b. what has been damaged.
c. include digital photographs.

3. In most cases good digital images are enough for us to determine responsibility of the damage. If we need to further examine the damage, we will request that you mail it to us.

4. If you have an outstanding invoice, it will have to be payed before we process any warranty frames.
