Awarded for our Vinylize Ashby, our designer Simon Hukaya was honored with the prize in person. The Product Design competition has existed since 1954. Its award, the Red Dot, is an internationally recognized seal of quality.
The freshly designed temples are matt palladium plated and feature integrated 5 barrel spring hinges. They are bolted to the laminated frame front with a single screw. The round rims bear witness to the fashion of today while the craftsmanship remains timeless.
The temple tips are black to match the frame front and fixed to the temple with a stainless steel screw. A silver vinyl record is inlaid at the very end.
